“Every job I’ve ever loved has involved working with the human body and energy.”

Hi, I’m Christine (she/her), and every job I’ve ever loved has involved working with the human body and energy.*

I have been a dancer all my life, studying classical and modern dance and performing with local companies and conceptual artists in my hometown of New Orleans. I really enjoyed collaboration, energetic exchange with other dancers, and being a part of a whole.

For 25 years, I taught early childhood movement classes, introducing 3-5 year olds to movement concepts, breath work, and creative expression through movement. It was wonderful to see my students develop new motor skills and confidence, and to connect with them through music and activities that all – regardless of language barriers or developmental differences –could enjoy.

I have been teaching adult fitness classes for over a decade, helping others achieve a level of physical fitness so they can do what they want to do in life, whether that is running marathons or running errands without falling down. I adore the energy of group exercise, and I love to hear my participants’ stories so I can understand their goals and obstacles.

All of these joys come together for me in massage therapy. My goal is to meet my clients where they are, and to provide treatment to help them live the very best life they can. I use a variety of modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports, Percussive Stone Therapy, craniosacral therapy) depending on the needs of each client in each session.

I was educated and trained at Northwestern Health Sciences University, and I have pursued advanced training in massage for the medically complex, for the child-bearing year, and for trauma-informed practice.

*(Every job I’ve ever hated involved a desk.)

“I began a deep dive into the nature of pain, which is what would ultimately bring me into the world of energy, and an understanding of the potential of sound.”

Massage therapy was my entry point to a new way of being.  I obtained my massage license in Chicago, Illinois and began offering therapeutic massage with a team of chiropractors.  Chronic pain was my greatest interest, and working with clients to manage, minimize, and alleviate pain was the focus of my massage practice. Seeking to best serve my clients, I began a deep dive into the nature of pain, which is what would ultimately bring me into the world of energy, and an understanding of the potential of sound.

Typically the body is studied from a chemical and biological perspective, but when you go even deeper you get to physics.  This is where our quantum world emerges. So through the research of physicist Nassim Haramein and The Resonance Science Academy I began learning the fundamentals of energy.  How it moves, how it fractals, how it patterns.  All these cool things that can be seen everywhere in nature, including our own bodies.  With a foundational understanding of energy, I continued my education to include biofield tuning, and overtone vocal chant, which both offered an expanded understanding of the affects of sound on the body.

Today, my studies continue with Buckminster Fuller’s Synergetics, and the study of geometric harmony.  What he coined as nature’s coordinate system guides the musical ratios I use when creating sound healing music. Essentially it comes down to math and music as the same language in different form.

You can experience my sound baths every Wednesday at 7pm, at Wellspring Health Center in Eden Prairie, MInnesota, and at various locations and events around the twin cities.

Hi, I’m Kristen (she/her). A midwest native, lover of the outdoors, and born musician.

I spent nearly ten years in the music industry as a recording and performing artist, working primarily with Warner Bros. Records in Los Angeles.  But for the sake of both my mental and physical health, I made a career change and shifted into wellness.
